National President

wp19540722_0f.jpg Our 2007 National President and CEO Dr. Wynetta A. Frazier has been actively committed to the National Hook-up of Black Women, Inc. for the last 25 years and more. A retired Program Director for Early Childhood and Development, Dr. Frazier in recent years is a consultant for the Healthy Start Program and an Assistant Minister for Life Center Church of God in Christ.

Dr. Frazier has demonstrated across the years her passion for uplifting communities with her involvement in several professional as well as civic and social organizations such as the National Association for the Education of Young Children, the National Association of Black Social Workers, the National Association of Health Services Executives, the Chicago Urban League, National Organization for Women, several mayoral appointments as well as President of the National Hook-Up of Black Women, Inc. Her presentations dealing with children and families have taken her as far as Cairo, Egypt.

Hillary Clinton called together a commission of women, to which Dr. Frazier was appointed, for the purpose of naming parks after women. The appointment to that Park commission led to Hook-Up being on the white house mailing list to receive mailings as they relate to women.
